Street Style: Vintage LL Bean
Really love the photograph I took that’s featuring on the Daily Details blog today. I was finishing up some food at Grandaisy Bakery (I believe the blurred out blue awning in the back) when Quy walked in. I was hoping he’d grab a coffee and the walked out but he ended up walking right out! So I grabbed my stuff and then … : )
Really loved this guy and his Marni jacket today.
I’m not sure his style is traditional menswear (perhaps this is more sportswear? modern? sort of “hip”) but it’s the style I really like. I wanted to photograph him but he was in a rush (/probably just camera shy).
A cool simple bike neutral ”Street Style” snapshot off Astor Place the other day
I didn’t even see her bow tie scarf/neckwear until afterwards - awesome
I just like how simple this is - I love beige and gray on people and primary colors on (vintage) bikes! I think I’ve said this a lot but I detest the ostentatiousness of “fashion” sometimes. I just like clothes. I like to study what people wear, present people of New York, and hopefully flatter them a bit and make them happy! Etc, etc, etc. The best is when someone is comfortable with themselves and what they wear because it makes them happy - confident - literally comfortable - and they walk around and have a good day : )
Her bag reminds me this Chloe bag but isn’t quite it. I’m sure the one she has is more affordable (?). If anybody knows who it is by, let me know!
