Britta is a sweetheart! She told me she is a bit camera shy I took this but I think she looks amazing - she KNOWS her beauty and hair as she works at Bumble & Bumble! I love these materials for walking around the city on the weekend - a comfortable dress - and I love that she had an army top cropped.

It is getting cold in New York! I just did some errands today and some street style snapshots. Luckily I bumped into Eva Chen! She looks cool as usual! I swear she was just in California! Such a busy lady! But super nice.

Eva is wearing a hat from New Zealand (possum fur! hehe), jacket from Topshop, vest from Adam, a sweater from Zara mens, pants from Phillip Lim, and shoes from Isabel Marant! Her bag is Hermes of course.

I just realized I didn’t ask her anything about beauty which is one of her specialties - I’ll just focus on style for now : ) I am quite simple and like to wear black but I usually wear the same three pieces. I like the different textures Eva is wearing - she looks pretty hardcore but still super cute : ) I think it’s a perfect balance of wearing layers and New York black in the cold weather but still being super utilizable. 

I just learned Eva is now freelance at Teen Vogue and Elaine Welteroth is the new Health and Beauty editor! Eva is now running all over town all the time! I kept on thinking she had just gotten off work but it was only 4/5 pm and it’s just getting quiet dark in New York now. She will probably receieve this tweet/tumblr notification before she gest home : )

I shot her once during NYFW as well. I have yet to post that photo. I was just too excited about this one and it fits the new cold weather now. I wanted to keep photographs from Sandy at the top of my blog for a while because that is important in life as well — here’s a link to it.

I bumped into one of my friends Lucy outside of one of my favorite coffee shops La Colombe Soho today. She looked pretty cool and relaxed on a Sunday wearing what I always love: black, and reading the New Yorker. Denim jacket from Gap in the sixth grade, black sports sweatshirt, UNIQLO jeans, Doc Marten shoes, and Cheap Monday sunglasses. I love how she breaks up the black with some brown boots and denim.  Last time I checked, she was really into Givenchy Rouge Allure lipstick but this time she’s wearing something different but still similar and dark - Chanel Antigua. Love it!
