Street Style: Mix-and-Match 3-Piece Suit
Really loved this guy and his Marni jacket today.
I’m not sure his style is traditional menswear (perhaps this is more sportswear? modern? sort of “hip”) but it’s the style I really like. I wanted to photograph him but he was in a rush (/probably just camera shy).
Patterned mens jacket today. On Broadway and 31st. The garment district? It’s not my personal taste but I don’t think you see a lot of jackets in this color or pattern (not sure what it’s called). An interesting orange/red color. I’m not very good at fashion, color, and fabric terms. Ha.

A nice tapered (?) fall look (besides the matching shoes)! Love the neutral warm tones.
Can you believe it’s December tomorrow?

Dover Street, London
I noticed a good amount of wealthy or stylish Middle Eastern people in London. It is really interesting to see how they interpret luxury and how the world of luxury and high fashion is globalized around the world. It was really interesting to me to see luxurious clothes styled with a Middle Eastern or Islamic influence as it was new to me. I felt like I saw a lot of browns, reds, and oranges - a lot of nice signature bags with various layers, drapings, jackets, skirts/dresses, scarfs, etc.
Dress codes / Bike friends! Just image their messenger bags right above. I was interested in their shoes for the most part.
Saw a bunch of red/orange/pink hues for a moment outside the tents today. Seems like NYFW “street style” is largely bloggers shooting bloggers shooting bloggers shooting bloggers … and people “hanging out” to get their photo by one photographer who will then cause several others to run over and shoot the same photo. I’m guilty of this sometimes but it can be a little bit uninspiring. I try to do what I can.
