Been waiting to post this photo for a while! Thank Alana for stepping aside! I like her style. Casual. Cool. Love red.

Thanks!
Really loved this guy and his Marni jacket today.
I’m not sure his style is traditional menswear (perhaps this is more sportswear? modern? sort of “hip”) but it’s the style I really like. I wanted to photograph him but he was in a rush (/probably just camera shy).
Patterned mens jacket today. On Broadway and 31st. The garment district? It’s not my personal taste but I don’t think you see a lot of jackets in this color or pattern (not sure what it’s called). An interesting orange/red color. I’m not very good at fashion, color, and fabric terms. Ha.

Marie de Guillebon in Copenhagen
I’ll continue on my love for red! Ou — ROUGE! Marie is a French student studying Architecture in Copenhagen! She was biking with her grandmother who was also wearing red - lovely! She shops a lot in the flea markets in Paris - they are quiet popular among her friends! I love Copenhagen for it’s culture and biking. I took this while walking to the Vor Frelsers Kirke (the Church of our Saviour) church tower in Christianshavn neighborhood (?). However Marie suggested against continuing walking because it is not worth the price to visit the little tower and we were walking far away from a point we needed to be (and other factors). Ha : ) Anyway I do want to go back to that area because if I kept on walking, it’s supposedly a neighborhood I’d really like with young people, vintage shopping, arts, etc. Next time!
Merci Marie!
Bonne année et bon santé
Godt Nytår!
Virginia Craddock, owner of the cool Lower East Side boutique International Playground today in Soho (Spring and Lafayette). Click the link to visit their online store. They carry a lot of cool and unique brands.
Virginia told me took a risk with her outfit today. Of course she did. But I love it! Her lovely loose red floral vintage pants caught my eye from across the street. I love the street. It means so many things to me - passion, love, lust, anger, intensity, fierceness - it’s such a powerful and strong color to me. I love it.
I really love her statement scarf and gloves as well - the scarf adds another piece to her “top.” I saw her several times throughout Soho later - it was hard to not catch her (in a good way!) It’s quite cold in New York City right now but I think Virginia looks amazing! Definitely amazing style and personality!
PS: Most everything she is wearing is vintage or from her store.
Thanks,
Melodie
